Cole Hair is always on the look out for the next generation of hair stylists. Beyond our own efforts, we also offer two ‘refer and reward’ programs to assist with talent identification for Cole Hair salons.
STAFF REFERRAL PROGRAM
Cole Hair offers a referral program for its staff members.
Current staff members who refer a new Senior Stylist or Emerging Stylist may be eligible to receive generous financial bonus*. 30% of the total bonus will be awarded to the referrer after the referred stylist commences employment with Cole Hair and successfully completes and passes their probationary period*. The remaining 70% will be awarded to the referrer on the 12-month anniversary of the referred stylist*.

BECOME A COLE HAIR TALENT SPOTTER
If you hold a position in our industry where you have the opportunity to identify great talent, Cole Hair offers a talent spotting program.
Talent Spotters who refer a new Senior Stylist or Emerging Stylist may be eligible to receive a generous financial bonus*. 30% of the total bonus will be awarded to the Talent Spotter after the referred stylist commences employment with Cole Hair and successfully completes and passes their probationary period*. The remaining 70% will be awarded to the Talent Spotter on the 12-month anniversary of the referred stylist*.
