Cancellation policy.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain a smooth scheduling process, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice
    We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list.

  2. Late Cancellations
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  3. No-Shows
    If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  4. Late Arrivals
    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to perform the full service, and you may still be charged for the scheduled time. Please call ahead if you know you'll be running late.

  5. Rescheduling
    If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to do so at least 24 hours in advance so that you don’t incur a fee and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. If you re-schedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  6. Exceptions
    We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for needing to cancel or reschedule on short notice, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
